Неполадки USB 2.0 в Windows 8 на материнских платах с Intel 6 Series Chipset
Проблема
Итак, причина нашлась довольно быстро. Оказывается, иногда при старте системы один или оба USB 2.0 контроллера попросту не функционируют. Если смотреть диспетчер устройств, то одно или сразу оба следующих устройства остановлены (желтый восклицательный знак):
Соответственно ни одно из подключенных устройств при этом не функционирует. Что интересно, проблема исчезает сама собой при перезагрузке.
Вначале я было подумал, что проблема в материнке (ASUS P8P67 Pro), но google подсказал, что проблема возникла не только у меня. Что примечательно, в Windows 7 такой проблемы не наблюдается.
Пролистав тему, я обнаружил следующие варианты решения проблемы.
Использовать дополнительный контроллер
У меня на материнке есть дополнительный контроллер USB 3.0. Соответственно простейшим решением будет переткнуть критичные устройства на его порты. Лично испробовал этот метод, все работает. К сожалению портов USB 3.0 значительно меньше, чем 2.0.
Отключить USB Legacy Mode
Советуют отключить USB Legacy Mode в BIOS. Судя по теме, помогает не всем, проблема может вернуться. Мне не помогло.
Перезапуск контроллера вручную
Или не со всем вручную, а с помощью планировщика заданий по событию включения. Для этого используется инструмент devcon. Строка запуска будет примерно следующая:
С поправкой на ID устройства из диспетчера устройств.
Хак реестра
Предлагается удалить параметры «LowerFilters» и «UpperFilters» в реестре по адресу.
Чипсет Intel C200 под процессоры Xeon E3 (Sandy Bridge) в подробностях
Известно, что платформа LGA 1155 под процессоры Intel Core второго поколения, известные под кодовым именем Sandy Bridge, была представлена еще в начале текущего года. В то же время в планах мирового чипмейкера присутствует распространение архитектуры Sandy Bridge в сегмент CPU для серверных систем и рабочих станций, где бал правят модели серии Xeon.
Естественно, под эти чипы потребуются свои наборы системной логики из линейки Intel Cougar Point, с одним из которых под названием C200 мы сегодня познакомимся более подробно. Данный чипсет должен быть представлен в трех версиях (C202, C204 и C206), а предназначен он для взаимодействия с процессорами семейства Xeon E3. Первые два набора микросхем разработаны для серверов с одним сокетом, а последний предназначен для рабочих станций начального уровня.
При этом трио новых наборов микросхем C202, C204 и C206 сможет поддерживать до четырех слотов расширения, а также функции PCI-X и ECC. В C202, представляющем собой базовую модель в новой линейке, пользователь обнаружит поддержку 16 дорожек PCI Express от CPU плюс 8 дополнительных дорожек от самого чипсета. Кроме того, присутствует 12 портов USB 2.0 и шесть разъемов SATA 3.0 Gbps с RAID режимами.
В свою очередь, в чипсете C204 число доступных дорожек PCI Express увеличено до 28 плюс два SATA порта реализуют высокоскоростной интерфейс SATA 6.0 Gbps, а также присутствуют фирменные опции Intel Node Manager и DCMI. Наконец, чипсет C206 принесет в системы на его основе пару дополнительных портов USB 2.0, а также поддержку интегрированной графики, встроенный аудиочип и технологию Intel AMT 7.0.
