Doom unhandled exception что делать
Проблема явно у меня не первого, но ответа я так и не нашёл, при запуске дума, с любого ярлыка (стим, 2 экзешника в папке игры), происходит загрузка, и после того как на секунду появляется экран с игрой экран становится чёрным (звук игры не прерывается, более того слышно что игра нормально работает там где то за тёмным экраном) и появляется окошко с ошибкой советующее, и предлагает создать баг репорт, собственно вот он

When starting Doom on Steam, the screen turns black and then a window with the following error appears:

I just downloaded the third Doom also, does that also need to run on a GPU?
Any modern engine will need a dedicated GPU to run games. There are ways to get external GPU’s but it will cost you an arm and a leg and the laptop has to be a specific model even and your’s doesn’t do that.
If you want to game on a PC your laptop will not do at all. I suggest building a custom gaming PC if you’re serious about PC gaming.
But yeah your laptop is simply too weak for any type of modern games as it does not have a dedicated graphics card.
GPU? Please inform me, I’d like to get something that I can just download the games and play them! Any way I can run a GPU externally?

Yes, there are. Alienware make those, also, steam Machines, and Dell XPS. I can’t emphasize enough that it’s better to build the gaming PC desktop yourself to juggle better with what you want in it and what you can pay yourself, but it’s forgivable to get an Alienware to start.
Still, if you make a gaming PC or pay someone to build it I can make this big suggestions:
-Don’t purchase a processor lower in capacity than a AMD 6300fx or what you already have in your laptop (good one BTW).
-Don’t put in it less than 6 GB RAM
-Get a good motherboard, like an ASUS or Gigabyte.
-Get any dedicated GPU card, ATI or Nvidia. You can start with lower end and if you like how well that cheap thing do, you go up to mid or mid-high end gpu cards. My money is on a cheap r7 260x you could purchase used. Put an acceptable PSU (power supply unit) if you use a mid-high end gpu card.

Can we have your full PC specs too. It will help to know what kind of graphics card you have and if you are not running with the integrated graphics instead of your dedicated GPU.
Add «+com_skipIntroVideo 1 +com_skipKeyPressOnLoadScreens 1» to your Doom launch option on steam.
— Deactivate steam overlay.
Let me know if it works. We have to do this step by step.
EDIT : If you just installed DOOM you have to reboot.

OK, well I tried all those things and they didn’t give many results. They just extended the black screen slightly.
My graphics card is a GeForce GTX 970 and has 15.91 GB RAM

open doomconfig.local
change r_renderapi «0» to r_renderapi «1»
or 1 to 0 if it was 1.
If you have an antivirus let me know.
There are 2 exe in the doom folder, DOOMx64vk.exe (Vulkan) DOOMx64.exe (OpenGL) try one or the other.
Please cut and paste the txt from the crash file if you can. At least one of them.
Be sure all your windows updates are done too.
Please go read all the stuff i posted. I don’t know if you tried to run DOOMx64vk.exe instead of the DOOMx64.exe.

OK, slight stumbling block here. I’ve followed your steps but there isn’t a doomconfig/local. There’s just a bunch of files that say Crash.DESKTOP-L2R4K1.00010 and all of them keep rising until it says Crash/.DESKTOP-L2R4K1.00033 and then two text files that read crash-functionDetails and qconsole.
that would figure if you haven’t managed to start a game yet so goto properties for doom (right click on doom in the games list on steam) in the general tab find launch options add the following.
hit ok and try launching.
should this not work out open the nvidia control panel and select manage 3D settings and select the program settings profile for doom and dissable all features, select prefere max performance and single display performance mode, and try to launch.
you may also find that once you have the game runing you can apply card functions at a later date once you have been able to configure the ingame video settings.
