Hiya ^^ I am Megumi Koneko and cosplay means the world to me. Growing up I was incredibly insecure, as a tumour left me scarred at a very young age and almost took my life, but when I discovered cosplay I was finally able to find my confidence and put myself out there.
I’m a very diverse cosplayer, I cosplay literally any and all types of characters from any type of source, whether it be anime, manga, games, movies, comics, TV series etc. So don’t be shy and feel free to suggest any character you would like to see me cosplay without ever worrying it won’t be my ‘style’, or something along those lines!
I make all of my costumes myself, whether it be sewing or crafting, or even just wig styling, I’ll do it all. I am a perfectionist, so I always do everything I can to make my cosplays as accurate and high quality as possible.

К «мушкам» относятся точки, зигзаги, пыль, штрихи, запятые и другие фигуры, возникающие перед глазами на фоне разных причин. Это частое явление у людей разных возрастных категорий. Рассмотрим подробнее, из-за чего они появляются.
Какие бывают мушки перед глазами
Мушки, которые появляются на фоне деструктивных процессов в стекловидном теле, имеют четкие описания, не исчезают из поля зрения. Различают:
Стоит отметить, что при деструкции стекловидного тела иногда у людей появляются сгустки, сильно напоминающие «полиэтиленовую пленку» или хлопья, которые затуманивают изображение.
Возможные причины появления
Когда человек видит плавающие пятна (белые и черные мушки перед глазами), часто это связано с возрастными изменениями в зрительных органах, глазными заболеваниями.
Деструкция стекловидного тела — причина постоянного нахождения в поле зрения дополнительных включений. Появляется на фоне уменьшения соотношения жидкости и иных составляющих геля стекловидного тела при естественном старении или после механических повреждений, оперативных вмешательствах на глазах.
Другая причина — отслойка сетчатки или стекловидного тела. В такой ситуации помимо мушек, возникает резкое ухудшение остроты зрения. Если своевременно не обратиться к специалисту, велика вероятность слепоты. Риск отслойки существенно повышен у людей, которые страдают высокой степенью близорукости.
Среди других возможных причин отмечают хориоидит (воспаление сосудистой оболочки), ретинит (воспаление сетчатки). В таких случаях кроме плавающих пятен человек ощущает вспышки света, у него снижается острота зрения и нарушается зрение в темноте. Болезни инфекционной природы в запущенных клинических случаях приводят к слепоте.
Также, состояние может быть вызвано и различными патологиями, расстройствами разных систем. Среди них:
Чтобы выявить точную причину и поставить достоверный диагноз, потребуется диагностика.
Когда необходима консультация специалиста
Если перед глазами появляются мушки, но они не двигаются, нет причин для паники. Консультация врача-офтальмолога необходима в следующих клинических случаях:
Поскольку проблему способны спровоцировать не только глазные заболевания, но и различные болезни внутренних органов и систем, дополнительно может потребоваться консультация других специалистов (в частности, невролога, эндокринолога, кардиолога). Лечение будет назначено на основании поставленного диагноза.
В качестве профилактики стоит пересмотреть образ жизни, уделять больше внимания здоровому сбалансированному питанию (в рацион должны входить продукты, содержащие большое количество витаминов и минералов). Также, важны регулярные физические нагрузки (занятия умеренными видами спорта, утренняя гимнастика, пешие прогулки на свежем воздухе). Доказано, что гиподинамия — одна из причин раннего ухудшения зрительной функции.
Не рекомендуется много времени проводить перед монитором (максимум — 6 часов в сутки). Как показывает практика, при усталости глаз часто появляются плавающие помутнения. Если профессия напрямую связана с работой на компьютере, стоит приобрести специальные очки.
Еще одна профилактическая мера — отказ от злоупотребления табачной и спиртосодержащей продукцией. Вредные привычки отрицательно сказываются на состоянии различных органов и систем.
Кроме того, каждый день следует выполнять простые упражнения для глаз. Для профилактики появления мушек переводят взгляд в разные стороны (влево, вправо), после чего двигают глазными яблоками вверх и вниз. Такие несложные движения способствуют перераспределению жидкости, за счет чего мушки сместятся за пределы зрительного поля.
