Launchpad was unable to connect planetside 2 что делать
Hello. I’m a new player, and just installed planetside2 20 minutes ago. Whenever I try to start Planetside2, I can’t get past a screen saying «Launchpad was unable to connect (1-0)». I’ve tried adding some files to my firewall’s exception list, but it didn’t fix the error. Can someone help me fix it?
Edit: My proxy setting was already off to begin with, so that won’t work either.
EditEdit: Running as administrator doesn’t work either.

Mate, I’ve already made the game an exception in my firewall. Did you read the post?
I did. But that doesn’t change the fact that the issue is created by the launch pad not getting access to the servers.
Which means its being blocked by your system. It could be that even though your primary firewall doesn’t block it, but it could still be blocked by the inbuilt Windows firewall. Or by settings of your router or your provider (country restriction)
Could also be an DNS error, albeit unlikely.
