Kuroneko Members Services
Yamato Transport Sales Offices
Sales Offices handle the pickup and delivery of parcels for their designated areas, and serve as relay points for parcels.
They can accept parcel drop offs, issue waybills and act as a delivery pick up location.
Business hours, sending deadlines and services vary depending on each Sales Office. For more information, please find your nearest Sales Office.
Delivery Locker
Parcels can be sent from delivery lockers installed in apartments.
You can make a pickup request and make a payment with the Kuroneko Members website.
Parcels will be collected the same day for requests that are made by 4:00pm.
Temporary Custody Service
This service allows the pickup of parcels at Yamato Transport Sales Offices throughout Japan.
When a parcel has a Yamato Transport Sales Office is specified as the delivery destination on the waybill, it will be kept there temporarily. Customers can then go to the Sales Office to pick up their parcels.
Reduced Rates for Multiple Parcels
This system can save you money when sending two or more parcels simultaneously to the same destination.
When sending more than one parcel, each additional parcel will receive a 100 JPY discount

Digital Discount
A discount of 60 JPY per parcel is offered to customers who cooperate in the digitalization of waybill information. This discount applies to customers who issue waybills using the «Neko-Pit» tablet at a Sales Office managed by Yamato Transport or using «Waybill Issuing System C2» to print waybills with their computers at home.

Kuroneko Members Drop-Off Discount
A discount of 150 JPY (tax included) per parcel is offered to Kuroneko Members who drop off their parcels to a Sales Office managed by Yamato Transport, which the waybill is issued by using «Neko-Pit» at the Sales Office or printed by using «Waybill Issuing System C2» with their computers at home.
RAKURAKU Waybill Printing Service
Waybills can be issued using the following three methods:
Delivery Completed Email
After a delivery has been completed, an email is sent within approximately one hour with the waybill number and the date and time of completed delivery.
This service is available for customers who are sending parcels via TA-Q-BIN and can be used in all regions of Japan.
Scope of the applicability of rates for cashless payments
If you use any of the following payment methods to pay for TA-Q-BIN (prepayment) and/or TA-Q-BIN Compact (prepayment), rates for cashless payments will apply.

Parcel size
In addition to the rate system from Size 60 to Size 160 for TA-Q-BIN, we offer the reasonable «Document Pack» for sending documents.
Only can be used for paper documents.
Paper documents sent together with other items such as floppy disks and CDs will not be treated as documents. Invoices are required.
Customs Tariffs and Other Fees
Customs fees and other fees may be incurred when parcels are imported into their destination country.
Customs tariffs and other views are at the discretion of the local customs and related authorities at the delivery location. Any fees which are incurred must be paid by the sender (you) or the receiver.

Parcels or personal items being sent to a lodger
The following items cannot be handled: Parcels being sent to a post-office box, hotel or lodging facilities; personal items (parcels shipped separately) in conjunction with study abroad, foreign dispatch, travel, etc.
If these items are sent overseas, they will not be exempted from taxes. The items will be subjected to customs tariffs and other fees incurred for each destination country and item.

How to Send International TA-Q-BIN
How to Create Waybills
An invoice is a certificate of parcel contents which is prepared by the sender when shipping parcels overseas.
Waybill with invoice can only be used by individual customers.
For corporate customers, please use an invoice in your company’s format, or download the invoice format from below.
Corporate customers are required to fill in the corporate name and invoice number (customer’s optional number) on the invoice.
The information written on the invoice and the actual contents must match. If a discrepancy is discovered via X-ray inspection or any other method, the invoice will be treated as a false declaration and parcels may be returned.
Invoices are also required for customs declarations. Therefore, please make sure to write the FOB (free on board) price on the invoice.
Please note that the sender may be contacted if no FOB price is listed.
