When is the contest live / when does it end?

Gameplay begins July 15th, 2021 at 5:00AM PT and ends July 18th, 2021 at 11:59PM PT.

How do I create an account to participate?

– Go to the Intel Account Page softwareoffer.intel.com to Claim your Prizes
– Sign In or create an Intel Digital Hub account
– Once your account is verified, log in and enter your Master Key by August 31, 2021 to claim your software
– Agree to the Offer Terms and Conditions

How do I know if I can participate in the challenge?

Please see eligibility requirements below:
– The campaign is available for PC only (no other gaming platforms are eligible)
– Check out the Terms and Conditions of this campaign, and make sure that you meet all the requirements
– Participation in the Master of Game contest is restricted to the United States only
– You have to be 18+ to participate
– Have Overwolf and the Intel Gaming Access app installed, up to date and running during your game sessions. Make sure that Overwolf’s overlay is enabled for your game(s)

What missions are available, and what do I win by completing?

Available missions are below:

Full Timer (200XP)
Play at least 30 min on each day of the event and earn 50xp daily.

Play Together (200XP)
Earn 40xp per hour played, capped at 5 hours daily.

Play Different (100XP)
Play 2 different games in the same day (30 min each).

Almost Done (200XP)
Reach level 3 prize.

Survey (100XP)
Complete the survey to get extra points.

Why am I seeing notifications in-game?

There are three types of in-game notifications:

1. The “Game Is On” notification, which will inform you that the game currently playing is being tracked

2. The milestone notification which will inform you that you’ve reached a milestone in a mission

3. “Mission Complete” notification which will inform you that the task has been completed and you have won

Why am I seeing an alert icon on the app’s top bar?

This alert is meant to inform you that there’s an important matter or issue. Hover over it to learn more.

How do I know how many points I have and how long I have played?

Click the ‘My History’ button to your right to see your earned XP and prizes and view your tracked play time in each game.

The lower section will list your XP and prize earnings throughout the challenge.

How do I know I have won and how can I claim rewards that I’ve won?

Hover over a level and click “See Prizes” to see which prizes you can win by reaching that level. Once you reach a new level click ‘Claim’, copy the presented code and click ‘Redeem’. You will be directed to Intel’s website where you can use the code to receive your prizes.

When will I receive my prize?

You will receive your prize immediately once redeemed!

Will I have to pay for anything?

No! All prizes won are completely free to winners.

How will you use my information?

For Digital Prize Redemption: I never received the account creation confirmation email from softwareoffer.intel.com, what do I do?

It takes at least 10 minutes to receive a confirmation email after creating your account – if you still do not see the email in your inbox (and check spam too!), please fill out the a request via The Intel Master of Game Contact Us page for assistance.

I don’t see my prize in my history – what do I do?
