Все делал как вы написали все равно выбивает вот это-
Запуск программы невозможен, так как на компьютере отсутствует

Попробуйте переустановить программу!

If you get a dialog stating that igoproxy.exe encountered an exception, Origin should still work, but if you want to get rid of that dialog message you can do the following:
As this appears to be a service related to the InGame overlay, we will disable that as the first step.
