MS Windows Server 2003 +TerminalServer +1C 8.1 Помогите, плз, подружить!

Есть MS Windows Server 2003 +TerminalServer

Работать на компе могу только через терминал, поэтому подключаюсь с /admin (или /console).
Ставлю через панель_управления-установка/удаление_программ 8-ку (8.1.14.72. Впрочем, с 8.1.13.41 ситуация та же).
На установку HASP соглашаюсь.

Оттуда же ставлю HASP ML (свежескачанный 8.32) службой.

в ini-файлах прописываю для сервера ip этого же компа, остальные параметры тоже выставляю (порт=475, NH_USE_BROADCAST в Disabled).
Менеджер запускается, Active.

Явно что-то недоделано.

Попробую ставить сначала менеджер, потом HASP, как на форуме советовали. Но верится с трудом, что в этом дело.
Уже и эмуль в ход пошел, но все-равно не помог:'( Может, старый?

Понимаю, что баян, но в инете вся инфа для старых версий.

What is hls32svc.exe doing on my computer?

hls32svc.exe is a process belonging to HL-Server Service from Aladdin Knowledge Systems Germany.
Non-system processes like hls32svc.exe originate from software you installed on your system.
