Паспорт здоровья – Health Pass
Франция распространила действие своего медицинского (или санитарного) пропуска «pass sanitaire» на тематические парки, а это означает, что парижский Disneyland теперь будет проверять, что посетители полностью вакцинированы от COVID-19 или имеют недавний отрицательный результат теста.
Что такое «Паспорт здоровья – health pass», который необходимо будет предоставлять при посещении парков?
Гости могут предъявить любой вид медицинского паспорта, включая цифровой сертификат COVID ЕС или его эквивалент для стран, не входящих в Европейский Союз, который соответствует критериям, изложенным выше.
Для получения дополнительной информации о пропуске здоровья, включая последние обновления, мы приглашаем вас посетить веб-сайт правительства Франции.
Вместе с пропуском здоровья гостям необходимо будет предъявить действительное удостоверение личности.
Если Вы не вакцинированы одним из одобренных препаратов, Вам необходимо пройти тестирование или загрузить подтверждение о перенесенном COVID заболевании.
Предоставление услуг тестирования в Disney Village
Центр тестирования доступен в Disney Village и работает с 8:00 до 20:00 с понедельника по воскресенье.
Он оборудован и управляется независимым провайдером Loxamed, зарегистрированным французским органом здравоохранения, который управляет сайтом автономно (https://disney.loxamed.fr/). Согласно правилам французского правительства, отрицательный результат ПЦР или теста на антиген действителен в течение 72 часов с момента взятия материала. Если Ваше пребывание продлится дольше этого 72-часового периода действия, Вам необходимо будет пройти еще один тест / другие тесты, чтобы иметь действительный пропуск здоровья на весь период вашего пребывания.

Компания Clear в июле 2020 года запустила новый сервис Health Pass. Его потенциальные покупатели – рестораны, концертные залы и другие места общественного пользования. Health Pass позволит работникам заведений определять на входе, есть ли у посетителя Covid-19.
Новый сервис Health Pass будет использоваться не только в аэропортах. В тестовом режиме он уже работает в некоторых музеях, ресторанах и спортивных комплексах в нескольких городах США.
Как работает Health Pass
За что приложение критикуют
Скептики отмечают, что новый сервис имеет свои слабые места.
Во-первых, пользователь легко может дать ложные ответы на вопросы теста.
Во-вторых, повышенная температура сама по себе – не доказательство того, что человек болен Covid-19 (а ее отсутствие – не гарантия того, что человек не является носителем вируса).
В-третьих, любой централизованный сбор медицинских и биометрических данных чреват их утечкой.
А кроме того, многие сервисы, где применяется распознавание лица, по-разному работают для людей разной внешности. Так, летом 2020 года компания Amazon ввела годовой мораторий на использование своей технологии Rekognition полицией США – из-за того, что этот сервис выдавал слишком много ошибок при обработке данных афроамериканцев. Американские правозащитники опасаются, что «технологическим расизмом» может страдать и Health Pass.
Что будет дальше
Сейчас сервис работает в тестовом режиме в нескольких общественных местах в Нью-Йорке, Вашингтоне и других городах США. В планах компании – распространить его повсеместно. Самый крупный контракт Clear удалось заключить с Национальной хоккейной лигой: плей-офф НХЛ в Торонто и Эдмонтоне проходит под защитой Health Pass, и все игроки, тренеры и обслуживающий персонал будут проходить проверку на коронавирус. Clear также заявляет, что заключает новые договора каждую неделю: в сотрудничестве заинтересованы управляющие офисных зданий, ресторанных сетей, спортивных площадок, магазинов и аэропортов.

Saves me a lot of time and keeps things clean
I won’t lie, that sense of a VIP status going through Clear, makes me feel good and important on top of saved time. Plus all the agents are super nice.
Would be nice if it worked/ Multiple attempts to set up have failed
Update: I have again attempted to set up an account with the new updates, but still have no success. Extremely frustrating that even the newest update has not fixed whatever issues the app has been having. I’ve spoken with others that are upset with the set up as well, they too have tried multiple times to set up an account, but to no success either. It has to do with the picture of the face portion. After my initial review I received an email to “Please, please, please” contact them. I contacted them but have heard nothing back. Really upsetting. I might just be selling my single game tickets to the highest bidder and tailgating during games. Unfortunate. Also, the amount of tracking the app does is absolutely horrendous. Why does it need to know all of that info for me to watch a game…from a third party that I didn’t pay for the PSL/tickets? Do better Clear. Original post: I am PSL season ticket holder to the Raiders. We have to use this system to verify you have the vaccine. Problem is, registration doesn’t work because it won’t capture a your face to verify it against a passport or ID photo. Too bad. Now I have to go through a separate line and verify my hard copy vaccine paper. Terrible system. Which there was not a monopoly on one system, and they would allow for multiple ones. Maybe another one would actually work. If I could rate zero I would.

App doesn’t work, horrible customer service
A concert I recently attended required proof of covid vaccination status. Attendees could bring their actual cards or could use the Clear digital vaccine card. I downloaded the app on 10/4, 8 days before the concert and tried to create my digital vaccine card. It didn’t work at all. The process failed after all my information was entered. I contacted customer service via text (the only option they give you) and didn’t hear back for an entire day. When I finally got the return text on 10/5 I was at work and couldn’t answer right then. I was told to delete and reinstall the app, which I did, to no avail. I contacted them again but could not get through to someone until 10/16, THIRTEEN days after my initial inquiry. In the mean time. I would get texts asking for my name, email and birthdate, which I provided, but then I was asked for this information again and again. I also had to keep explaining what the problem was, but they kept ghosting me. The customer service was AWFUL. Like literally the worst I have ever experienced! When I finally did get through to someone, just today on 10/16, I tried all the things asked if me and the answer was just “huh, it doesn’t work”. So this app doesn’t work at all and the customer service is abysmal.

Keep Swiss COVID certificates easily and securely on your mobile phone
COVID Certificate is the official app for storing and presenting Swiss COVID certificates. It is developed by the Federal Office of Information Technology, Systems and Telecommunication FOITT on behalf of the Federal Office of Public Health.
In Switzerland, people who have been vaccinated, or who have tested negative or recovered from COVID can apply for a COVID certificate.
COVID certificates are issued in hard copy or electronic format serve as proof of:
1. Vaccination against COVID-19
2. Recovery from Sars-CoV-2 infection
3. A negative result following Sars-CoV-2 test analysis
When the app is first launched after installation on the mobile device, a brief introduction provides information on how to use it and how to scan a hard-copy COVID certificate.
In the app, the required COVID certificate can be selected, and presented if desired. The app shows whether, from when and for how long the COVID certificate is valid. All data contained in a certificate’s QR code can also be displayed.
It is possible to store several COVID certificates in the app, e.g. for family members, or several COVID test certificates.
Use of the COVID Certificate app is voluntary and free of charge.
Check a COVID certificate yourself
You can use the app to check a saved COVID certificate yourself. This verification process checks the electronic signature of the certificate and compares the certificate’s validity period with the current date. These are the same checks that are used for the verification of certificates in the COVID Certificate Check app.
Data protection is a top priority
COVID certificate data is stored solely on the mobile device. COVID certificates are protected by a digital seal (signature) and are thus forgery-proof.
COVID certificates are generated by the FOITT, but are not stored in a central system. That is why it is not possible to obtain a copy of an issued certificate.
The use of the app is limited to Switzerland and is subject to Swiss law.

NZ Pass Verifier is the New Zealand Ministry of Health’s official app for scanning and verifying My Vaccine Pass – the official record of your COVID-19 vaccination status.
It’s a tool that businesses can use to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and keep their community safe.
With this app you can:
• scan a customer’s My Vaccine Pass in digital or paper format
• verify their COVID-19 vaccination status – the pass owner’s first name, last name and date of birth will be displayed on screen
• verify passes without internet – the app needs to be connected to the internet at least every 14 days to stay up to date
• protect privacy – no information about the owner of the My Vaccine Pass is stored on the device or leaves the device
