У меня тоже в описании лота было написано «standart int’l flat rate shipping».
Написал еще до окончания аукциона продавцу отправит ли он посылку EMS.
Он ответил, что без проблем. Только если стоимость доставки не более указанной им в описании.
Если будет больше, то мне придется доплатить.

такие вещи лучше отправлять зарубеж чем-нибудь по серьезнее, но не standart int’l flat rate shipping.
А в чем не серьезность то, во многих случаях позволяет значительно сократить стоимость доставки, а страховку и так никто не отменял.
Flate Rate- это стандартные коробки, имеющие определенные размеры, позволяющие использовать пространство почтовго контейнера максимальным способом- отсюда более дешовая цена, по сравнению с произвольной коробкой.

А от чего зависит- признают его таковым или нет? Просто не понятно, чем они руководствуются при импорте. почему на одни посылки клеют (уже в России) этот трек, а на другие нет?

Для Беларуси нужно платить растаможку, если стоимость всех посылок, полученных за месяц, превышает 120 евро. Таможенная пошлина в виде 30% от суммы превышения (например, у вас лот за 150 евро, тогда вы заплатите 30% от 30 евро) оплачивается прямо на почте в момент получения посылки.
Для России и Казахстана, как я слышал, без растаможки можно получать посылки до 1000 евро.Вверх
Для Беларуси при использовании коммерческих курьерских служб международной доставки почты без растаможки можно получать посылки до 10 евро в месяц.
