Probably not, the season pass’s seem to be a console thing. Didn’t the consoles have a season pass for FS17 as well? I don’t recall seeing one for 17 on Steam.
Season pass is not a console thing. Maybe it started as it, but more or less every game on steam now got seasons passes.
