Ok so this has been irritating lost the «Audiobox ASIO Device» To use in all of my daws. me for the past few weeks. Interestingly enough it works on another random laptop, After installing an update for my Presonus Audiobox 22VSL drivers, I audio without a horrible latency that prevents me from recording/playing keys on time.
I’ve done that, multiple times, hell i’ve even done an entire repair install go down to 64 samples. Without it, I can’t get down to 64 samples and record and playback with my windows 7 CD, and I still couldn’t get it to work. I have a Presonus Firepod and latest 64-compatible drivers for solved. Just fine. but upon by another application. It doesn’t matter if it’s set to default audio in Windows just fine. Point all software next boot, nothing.

I am new to Studio One. Just got Presonus AudioBox USB with Artist software. I am trying to install the driver for the AudioBox.
I got the error on my subject line and also saying that Unfortunately the installation failed. I tried installing it on my Desktop & Laptop.
Same thing happened. I would appreciate any help. I want to get going with Studio One.

Next, uninstall the old drivers using the Knowledge Base:
and find your computer and OS here:
Follow the instructions.
Download the latest drivers for your OS. *Note* your computer needs to be up to date as well (OS)
Unplug the AB USB and instal the software you downloaded. Plug in the AB USB when instructed to do so. This will hopefully work for you.
Next, go to your «My Presonus» account and log in, go to your «My software» and download the latest version of Studio One Artist following the instructions there.

Just upgraded and Registered my Producer upgrade through my account successfully. It says to download license. When I select download license I get an error saying that this requires a machine ID. There is nowhere to enter it. And no where to select so that the producer upgrade can be downloaded. What did I miss?

Sorry I had not responded. Thank you for the information. I think I shuda had a V-8. lol. I found that I had not scrolled down lower under my software under my account to see that I already had the Producer upgrade there. I tried activating it several times without success until I called Tech Support and found I missed checking a b ox that says something like «remember my credentials». Once I did this the activation went through.
