Since the dictionary gives a definition of the verb but not of the different forms of it, here is an example. Suppose that I spill coffee on my shirt.

I am / I feel embarrassed. (I feel bad because I did something stupid.)
This is the passive form of the verb.

The incident is embarrassing. (It makes me feel bad.)
This is the present participle, an active form of the verb.

It is probably possible to think of a situation where one might say «I feel embarrassing», but it would be very rare.
