Проектирование согласно заданной стоимости (DTC)
Методология разработки изделия, себестоимость производства которого находится в пределах заданной величины, с сохранением показателей качества.
Сегодня, традиционный подход к ценообразованию, при котором стоимость изделия задавалась опытным путем, на основе величины его себестоимости становится все менее эффективным. Прибыль, изменяющаяся в результате колебаний цен, на каждый момент времени, не должна опускаться ниже величины, определяющей границу прибыльности. Очевидно, что себестоимость не должна превышать заданного максимального значения на всем временном промежутке. Принципиальную важность при проектировании с учетом заданной себестоимости имеет численное ее ограничение, установленное до начала разработки. Себестоимость изделия не менее, чем на 70 % определяется заложенными конструктивно-технологическими решениями. Проведенные исследования показали, что наиболее существенными факторами, влияющими на рост себестоимости, являются особенности принимаемых конструктивно-технологических решений, реализация рисков в случаях применения новых технологий, а также изменения, вносимые в конструктивно-технологический облик изделий в процессе проектирования. Именно метод «Проектирование согласно заданной стоимости» предусматривает нахождение баланса между ценой и качеством будущего изделия, в виде границ себестоимости.
Метод «Проектирование согласно заданной стоимости» (от англ. Design to Cost – DTC) – это метод проектирования технических систем, предусматривающий наличие проектного ограничения себестоимости. Это ограничение принимается в качестве равноценного среди других ограничений и требований, предъявляемых к изделию или системе.
Основой подхода является конкурентоспособность изделия, за счет соотношения показателей его качества и цены, обуславливающее коммерческий успех в условиях сложившейся рыночной конъюнктуры. Главными движущими факторами разработки и внедрения метода является наличие конкурентного окружения. Изделие, разрабатываемое в таких условиях, должно иметь соотношение показателей качества и стоимости, определяемое ситуацией, сложившейся на рынке. При этом «область существования» изделия определяется минимальным уровнем качества и максимальным уровнем стоимости. Именно здесь возникает необходимость наложения ограничения на величину себестоимости при разработке новых изделий и принятия конструктивно-технологических решений, соответствующих этому ограничению.
Основная задача, для решения которой предназначен метод «Проектирование согласно заданной стоимости» – это разработка изделия, цена производства которого, не превышает заданной величины, с сохранением показателей качества.
Применение метода «Проектирование согласно заданной стоимости» на практике дает:
