Не нужно бояться добавлять в отделку помещения метафоры, символы, отсылки к истории бренда или места. Дизайн может стать повествованием.
Придать уникальность концепт стору может не только оригинальный дизайн в отделке помещения, но и заметные интерактивные арт-объекты. Не всё в помещении должно служить исключительно для того, чтобы размещать продукцию. Ключевой в интерьере арт-объект подарит покупателям запоминающееся впечатление, создаст стойкую положительную ассоциацию с пространством, и более того, привлечет новых посетителей – ведь с инсталляциями можно устраивать фотосессии и делиться снимками с друзьями в соцсетях.
Чтобы найти нужное место в торговом центре, часто приходится изучить множество надписей. Department store – это безбарьерная ритейл-зона, которая позволяет найти, примерить и оплатить все в одном месте, параллельно изучая интересный интерьер со своей историей, проводя время в оборудованных зонах отдыха.
Световые решения в торговом помещении – это часть концепции бренда. И у каждого бренда своё освещение – яркое или приглушенное, теплое или холодное. Если речь идет о совмещенном пространстве, то нужно найти общую гармоничную осветительную концепцию. И ориентироваться следует прежде всего на комфорт посетителей. Например, утром можно задействовать более яркий свет, который настраивает на новый продуктивный день, а вечером использовать мягкий, расслабляющий свет. Не стоит забывать и о естественном освещении.
Сейчас из каждого магазина торгового центра доносится своя музыка. Комфортно ли это для посетителей? Хочет ли уставший житель шумного мегаполиса пребывать по вечерам в такой атмосфере? Вопрос. В department store это точно будет лишним. Атмосфера спокойствия более привлекательна – ковролин, мягкая мебель, живые растения и лампы, акустические панели поглощают звук в пространстве.
