The Chemours (CC) — игрок химической промышленности, поставляет реагенты по всему миру.
Сегменты бизнеса
• Самый крупное направление с долей в выручке 50,3% связано с титаном — сегмент «Titanium Technologies». Компания продает пигмент TiO2 через бренд Ti-Pure. Пигмент обеспечивает яркость, непрозрачность и защиту от ультрафиолетового излучения для архитектурных и промышленных покрытий. Для тех же целей используется в пластиковой упаковке, ПВХ, ламинате. Аналогичная продукция представлена на основе хлорида под брендом BaiMax.
В клиентском портфеле более 600 клиентов, при этом на 10 крупнейших приходится 40% выручки.
Сейчас у компании четыре действующих завода по производству пигментов: два находятся в США, по одному — в Мексике и на Тайване. Общая производственная мощность составляет 1,25 млн тонн пигмента в год, что составляет 20% мирового спроса в 6,4 млн тонн. В Бельгии у компании есть завод по переупаковке и титановые рудники.
• На сегмент «Chemours» приходится 23,2% выручки. Предлагает материалы с улучшенными характеристиками, позволяющие получать высококачественные полимеры. Среди продукции: промышленные смолы, мембраны и покрытия. Продажи осуществляются под брендами Teflon и Krytox.
• Сегмент «Thermal and Specialty Solutions» производит хладагенты, пропелленты, специальные растворители — бренд Opteon. Отрасли сбыта: автомобилестроение, кондиционирование воздуха и коммерческое охлаждение. На это направление приходится 21,1% выручки.
• «Chemical Solutions» приносят 5,4% выручки. Предлагает химические вещества, используемые в производстве золота, в промышленных и потребительских целях.
Выплата дивидендов на акцию
— В 2020 г. средняя дивидендная доходность — 3,6% годовых.
— Прогноз на 2021–2022 гг. — в диапазоне 3,1–3,2% годовых.
— Payout ratio в ближайшие годы ожидается на уровне 30%, что является низким значением и оставляет высокую дельту для потенциального будущего увеличения размера дивидендов.
Оценка
Текущий P/E=16,2, а форвардный P/E=9,6, что ниже на 33% среднего значения по химической отрасли. С учетом ожидания увеличения прибыли в 2021–2022 гг. и высокого ROE=29, показатель выше средних значений по отрасли специальной химии, компания выглядит недооцененной, с потенциалом для будущего роста. К рискам можно отнести выше среднего соотношение долга к собственному капиталу.
Техническая картина
В последние годы компания испытывала трудности: это отразилась на стоимости акций, упавших с 2018 г. на 85%. Однако будущие финансовые показатели прибыли выглядят оптимистично. Учитывая дивидендную доходность в 3,1% годовых, компания может быть интересна для долгосрочного дивидендного портфеля. Рекомендуется наращивать долю в компании частями на ключевых уровнях недельной поддержки.
