Упаковочные листы и грузовые манифесты: зачем они нужны при авиаперевозках грузов?
Пересылка продукции грузовым авиатранспортом – один из способов транспортировки частного или коммерческого груза в другие страны и города. Однако без правильного оформления документации здесь не обойтись – отправить товар будет сложно или невозможно.
Упаковочный лист: содержание и предназначение
Одним из основных торгово-транспортных сопроводительных документов является упаковочный лист. По своему содержанию документ похож на инвойс. По сути, информация в данных документах дублируется. Однако упаковочный лист включает не только данные о наименовании товара, его отправителе и получателе, но и:
Но главное отличие упаковочного листа от инвойса состоит в отсутствии указания тарифов на отдельных позиции и груза в целом. Впрочем, вы нигде не найдете запрета на то, чтобы включить данную информацию в оформляемый вами упаковочный лист. Документ одинаково удобен как для перевозчика, так и для всех, кто выполняет:
Грузовым местом обычно называются единицы измерения груза, принимаемого перевозчиком к транспортировке. Это может быть коробка, паллет или ящик. В документации одно место обозначается как COLLI или же PLT (pallets) – для паллет. То есть перевозчик везет именно места в единой упаковке, не интересуясь тем, сколько предметов находится внутри данной тары.
Грузовой манифест
Грузовым манифестом называется документ, в котором указываются все остановки груза, либо все грузополучатели при авиаперевозке смешанных грузовых отправлений на одном транспортном средстве. Это позволяет оформить одним документом состав груза в целом – без набора отдельных коносаментов (транспортных накладных) на каждую отправку. То есть по сути, если груз имеет одно место назначения, то различия между грузовым манифестом и коносаментом попросту отсутствуют.
В авиаперевозках грузовые манифесты используются для сокращения времени, затрачиваемого на сортировку грузов в промежуточных аэропортах. Они формируются на основании авиационных накладных и включают основные сведения о грузах и самолетах, предназначенных для их транспортировки.

Грузовой манифест, в котором приводятся коммерческие сведения о товарах, такие как номера транспортного документа, грузоотправители, грузополучатели, маркировка (знаки и номера), количество и вид упаковок, описания и количество товаров, может использоваться вместо грузовой декларации (ВТАМО) (см. также load manifest и cargo waybill)
