ASUS Premium Care has several options available with different levels of coverage to suit your needs, so you can create a tailor-made package to fully protect your ASUS products.

Most manufacturers offer standard warranties with their products but most standard warranties don’t cover the things that matter most, like the accidental spill to your keyboard or dropping your laptop from a table. It’s a fact – accidents happen.

2. After your purchase, MyASUS will automatically activate your APC

(for laptop warranties only)

ASUS Premium Care can only be purchased and activated in the country where you originally purchased your brand-new ASUS product. APC with Accidental Damage Protection activation is required within 6 (six) months of purchase. Subject to complete the activation; your product’s warranty period will automatically extend from the end date of its standard warranty. ASUS Premium Care is not compatible with refurbished, open box, international, or products purchased from Best Buy. Except for the change to warranty period, all other terms will remain the same as the products’ standard warranty. This service package does not cover software, battery, peripherals, free accessories such as a mouse or bag, and customer-induced damage. APC warranty extension includes international/local support. Service is provided following the local standard and service policy. Please refer to the Warranty and Support section of your warranty card for more information. 1] During the Local Limited Warranty Period, ASUS will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any valid defective component. Why should I purchase ASUS Warranty Extension?

With the ASUS Warranty Extension Service Package, you will enjoy extended warranty services after your ASUS product’s standard warranty expires.

When can I purchase ASUS Warranty Extension?

ASUS Warranty Extension must be purchased and activated within 3 months of your ASUS product’s purchase date.

How to activate ASUS Premium Care (APC)

Step1: Become an ASUS Member
Go to the ASUS Member website at http://account.asus.com and sign up to become an ASUS member.

Step 2: Register Your Product
Login to the ASUS Member website at http://account.asus.com and click on “Product Registration” from the left side menu. Please fill in the form with relevant details of Your Product.

Step 3: Activate APC
Click on “Service Package Activation” at the left side menu and follow these instructions:
Select the registered Product which should be covered by this Service Package.
Enter the Contract Code and Password
Click Submit to finish the process

Terms & Conditions (Purchase from ASUS Service Centre):

— The Warranty Extension Package should be activated WITHIN 180 days from the invoice date.
Device must within ASUS standard warranty terms.
— Any devices that out of warranty, void warranty or repaired by unauthorized service center are not entitle for extended warranty.
— Customer will receive WEP certificate via email within two (2) weeks after payment made.
— After received the certificate, customers are require to activate the service package with the contract code.

Terms & Conditions (Purchase Physical Package from ASUS Authorized Dealers):

— The Warranty Extension Package should be activated WITHIN 180 days from the invoice date.
— The ASUS Warranty Extension Package only applies to ASUS notebook original hardware, excluding software, battery, any external devices, accessories, and parts not installed by ASUS.
— This Warranty Extension Package cannot be applied to other ASUS products, barebones (ex:“power by ASUS”), and Eee PC series.
— Only one Warranty Extension Package can be applied for one notebook.
— This Warranty Extension Package is not allowed to returned or replaced.
— NR Warranty Extension Package only applies to ASUS gaming notebook. (ROG/FX series)
— NB Warranty Extension Package only applied to ASUS non-gaming notebook.
