Вариант 1 — быстрый
Шаг 1. Открываем Safari на вашем iPhone, iPad или iPod Touch.
Шаг 2. Вводим в строке поиска название приложения. Первый же результат будет отображаться в App Store.
Шаг 3. Нажимаем на интересующее вас приложение. Вас перекинет в магазин приложений и появился уведомление о необходимости сменить страну.

Шаг 1. Заходим в Настройки —> iTunes Store и App Store.

Шаг 4. Нажимаем кнопку Страна/регион. Указываем интересующую вас страну. Подтверждаем, перезапускаем App Store.
Шаг 5. Выбираем способ оплаты и вводим платежную информацию.
Российские карты не принимаются, но всегда можно установить оплату без карты.
Шаг 6. Вводим адрес выставления счетов и нажимаем Далее.

Шаг 1. Переходим в Настройки —> App Store и iTunes Store. Выходим из существующего Apple ID.
Шаг 2. Открываем приложение App Store. Выбираем любое понравившееся бесплатное приложение, нажимаем Загрузить.
Шаг 3. Выбираем необходимую для вашего профиля страну.
Шаг 4. Регистрируемся. На этапе выбора метода оплаты выбираем Нет.

Какие могут быть минусы у смены страны
При изменении адреса выставления счетов основной адрес, заданный в учетной записи Apple ID и других службах Apple (например, App Store и iCloud), автоматически обновляется.

5. Откройте системные настройки смартфона, перейдите в раздел приложений, найдите Google Маркет и очистите данные этого приложения.
6. Зайдите в Play Маркет и посмотрите, поменялась ли валюта на доллары. Если поменялась, значит всё получилось как надо.
7. Приобретите любое приложение и сделайте возврат средств, чтобы не потерять деньги, если это приложение вам не нужно.
Теперь вам доступны любые приложения, выложенные в американском сегменте Google Play. Имейте в виду, что они не будут устанавливаться и запускаться без VPN. При использовании приложений, которые работают в России, VPN лучше отключать, поскольку переадресация трафика и его прогон через сторонние серверы сильно замедляют скорость соединения.

Every time I travel to different country I have to create a new account. I already have 10 Apple accounts for 10 different countries regions. I am running out of email addresses to use, not to mention likely I will soon hit the maximum amount of accounts per phone number. Totally time wasted because apps such as taxi or carshare apps are not available to download in my store. Yet, what’s the point not being able to download these apps and register before I travel. Idon’t understand why is Apple making me to waste my time with setting up the accounts. All the apps I need are free, not even paid.

As Limnos posted, send Apple feedback. They won’t answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner. Pick the closest topic you can find.

But the apps are free, so all the developer pays is the basic fee. The apps don’t sell anything and Apple doesn’t charge them for anything. When I asked in the past one of the companies, they told me the reason they don’t register the apps in mutiple countries is because they have to do the extra registration step for multile regions and Apple doesn’t make it as easy as applying to specific region.

I sent already 100’s of feedbacks about this. Every year I travel about 6 times to different parts of the world, and every time I send email to Apple saying how silly this is. Well not last year and this year, I travel with my finger on the map.
But to add salt to the injury, I to some other countries accounts have added same or another credit card.
When I need to buy an app (it can be as simple as VOIP subscription, I need to switch back to my base account. But instead I forget and it gets charged to the other accounts.
Now I end up purchasing licenses or subscription and hard to track which account I puchased it through.
For now the only way for me to tell it for sure is to login into my Outook accout because all my alias emails are in Outlook. But Outlook limits me to have 10 alias accounts at maximum.
Thanks for chipping in and encouragement. I hope Apple happens to get enough people complaining about this and perhaps this post will encourage a few more to send Apple feedback. I did do my part and I can’t do more.
